The crêpes that are made on the streets of Europe are the best.
I though have managed to work out the perfect recipe for a single crêpe to give you more excuses to make one at home.
All you need is 1 egg, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup milk and a pinch of salt.
Mix into a very wet batter and pour into a big hot pan with some butter. Cook both sides for 90seconds each side.
When it's almost done cooking add your choice of topping/filling over it while it's still in the pan.
The classic options; Sugar and Lemon, Maple Syrup, Ice-Cream, Whipped Cream, Nutella, Strawberries, banana, and other fruit toppings.
